CXL

 

Our CXL model is designed for cap type mag extensions such as found on the Mossberg 590 and 590 A1. This will also fit the Remington tapered steel mag tube caps as well as the Winchester 1300 Defender mag cap.

Default hardware will be for the Mossberg 590 platform.

The CXL is designed to work with a staggered length barrel to mag tube ratio.

 

This “Pumkin Puncher” is machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and anodized flat black. It is laser etched with our brand. A quick swipe with a black permanent ink pen will camouflage the etching if you so desire. Each unit will come with all assembly hardware, including a 1.0 ml package of VC3 Threadmate, and installation instructions. You will need a phillips screwdriver and a 3/8" socket. A very easy install.

 

CXL specs:

OAL of 5.365”. To determine your actual working standoff length, measure from the base of your mag tube cap to your muzzle, and subtract that dimension from 5.365”. Major O.D. of 1.440”.
